James Sharp & Co is celebrating 130 years of stockbroking.
The business was launched by the banker James Sharp in 1885 and since then it has weathered a remarkable course of events from the late 19th century to the present day.
Our 130th birthday been a great opportunity to delve into the archives, charting our progress from when the business began, just shortly before the Eiffel Tower was inaugurated, to how it has witnessed major historical events. Visit our history page to find out more.
