In these unprecedented times, it is with regret that we must inform you of the Board's decision to defer the payment of the interim dividend on the 9 1/2 and 10 1/4 Cumulative Preference Shares this year for a maximum of six months.
As you will be aware, one of seceral considerations of whether to declare or recommend a dividend, is the available cash resources of the Company and its cash flow requirements. The impact of Covid-19 has put extreme pressure on the Company's cash flow following the enforced closure of all pubs.
