Interim Management Report
The Board approved at a meeting on 14 May 2020 the Interim Management Report
for the six months ended 31 March 2020 and declared an interim dividend of 6
.80p compared to 6.45p for 2019. The dividend will be paid on 26 June 2020
to those shareholders registered in the records of the Company at the close of
business on 5 June 2020
