The total crop of ffb harvested by the Group in the first half of 2026 from the areas managed by it was 705,400 tonnes, 14% higher than in the same part of 2025. The Group has enjoyed crop increases across almost all its estates during the first half of the year, whilst at the same time benefiting from an encouraging yield from the areas acquired at Bumi Mas in the second half of last year. Excluding the newly acquired areas, the Group’s own harvest increased by 9%. Crops purchased from independent suppliers continue to supplement the Group’s own harvests to increase the total amounts processed in Group mills. However, the amount purchased is, once again, being reduced as the Group’s harvest increases, which benefits both the overall cost and quality of mill inputs. The Group continues to achieve strong extraction rates for both CPO and PK, both of which have increased when compared to the first half of 2025.

In the period to the end of June 2026, CPO prices remained strong and the Group realised an average price at mill gate of US$873 per tonne, a little higher than the US$868 in the first half of 2025. PK pricing was robust in the first half of the year and Group sales averaged US$813 per tonne (mill gate), 9% higher than the US$747 per tonne in 2025.
