Driver Group PLC, the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, is pleased to announce that further to the results announcement, the dividend for the full year of 0.5 pence per share will be paid on 15 April 2019 to shareholders who are on the register of members at the close of business on 22 February 2019, with an ex-dividend date of 21 February 2019, subject to approval at the AGM.
