On Saturday 19th June, a team of five James Sharp & Co colleagues will be taking on The Lake District Mighty Hikes Challenge to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The challenge will see the team hike a full marathon through the Lake District National Park, starting at Dalemain House, navigating around Ullswater and finishing at Lowther Castle.
The team will consist of Ian Bolton, Steve Ross, Adam Frankland, Phil Hull and Suzanne Fonseca, who will also be joined by ex-colleague Phil Mackintosh.
Macmillian is a charity that does tremendous work in providing specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer. The James Sharp team is determined to raise as much as possible to enable Macmillan to continue with their work especially given the financial difficulties that many charities have experienced as a result of many fundraising events being cancelled during the pandemic.
