London Stock Exchange Group plc (“LSEG”) today announces that Ashok Vaswani will step down as Non-Executive Director of the Board of LSEG with immediate effect. This follows Ashok’s appointment as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
