- On 8th October 2021, J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, purchased 33,148 ordinary shares at a price of £36.00 per share from the following persons:

- B. R. E. Goodwin 8,287 shares
