Park Group Plc – Directorate Change

His resignation will take effect, and he will step down from the Board, on 4 August 2018. Martin has indicated that he is prepared to remain in his role until his replacement is appointed in order to allow an orderly handover. A comprehensive process will begin immediately to find his successor.

 

Laura Carstensen, Chairman of Park, said: “We would like to thank Martin for the important contribution he has made to Park over more than a decade of dedicated service and we wish him every success with his future endeavours.” 

 

“He will stay in the role until at least August 2018, will work with us to identify the best successor and execute a thorough handover to ensure an effective transition for the business.”
