Conygar announces that, in accordance with the terms of the general authority to make market purchases of its own shares granted to it by shareholders of the Company on 7 February 2017, the Company acquired 600,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) on 22 November 2017 at a price of 155 pence per Share.
