Victoria PLC today announces that it intends to offer €450 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2023. The Notes will be the general, senior obligations of the Company and will be guaranteed by certain of the Company's subsidiaries. Interest on the Notes will be payable semi-annually in arrear. The interest rate, offering price and other terms will be determined at the time of pricing of the offering, subject to market conditions.
