RETIREMENT OF VALENTINE BERESFORD
LondonMetric Property Plc (“Company” or “LondonMetric”) announces that Valentine Beresford, Investment Director, has notified the Company of his decision to retire. He will leave the business at the end of the current financial year.
Following Valentine’s retirement, Will Evers will become sole Head of Investment. Will joined Metric Property in 2010 and has been Joint Head of Investment with Valentine since 2024. He will continue to work alongside Darren Richards, who joined as Chief Investment Officer in January; Mark Stirling, Property Director; and Andrew Smith, Strategy Director.
Valentine was one of the original founders of Metric Property which had its IPO in 2010. He has worked with LondonMetric’s management team for over 30 years, the last 13 of which were at LondonMetric after Pillar Property and British Land.
