Harworth Group Plc – Completes Share Consolidation

Further to the Company's announcement on 1 April 2016 and following the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 26 April 2016 at which the share consolidation of the Company's share capital (“Share Consolidation”) was approved, Harworth Group plc announces that the Official List of the UK Listing Authority has been amended to reflect the Share Consolidation, whereby every 10 existing ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each have been exchanged for one new ordinary share of 10.0p each (“New Ordinary Shares”).
