Total voting rights and capital
In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the “DTRs”), Caledonia Investments plc (“Caledonia”) notifies the market that, as at 30 September 2025, Caledonia’s issued share capital included 525,108,917 ordinary shares of 0.5p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares were held in treasury.
The above figure of 525,108,917 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or changes to their interests in, Caledonia under the DTRs.
