- Barclays PLC 2021 Pillar 3 Report.

As part of the mailing of our 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting, the Barclays PLC 2021 Strategic Report (or the full 2021 Annual Report for those shareholders who have requested it) will be posted to those shareholders who have previously requested paper copies.

As separately announced this morning, Tushar Morzaria has decided to retire as Group Finance Director and as an Executive Director of Barclays PLC and Barclays Bank PLC, in each case with effect from 22 April 2022. Accordingly, he will not stand for re-election at Barclays PLC's 2022 Annual General Meeting.
