Retirement of Bridget McIntyre MBE as Non-Executive Director
Adnams plc (the “Company”) announces that, in accordance with good corporate governance, Bridget McIntyre MBE intends to retire as a non-executive director of the Company on 31 December 2022, having been in office for over nine years.
Dr. Andy Wood OBE, Chief Executive said:
“Bridget joined the Adnams Board in May 2013 and has provided invaluable support to the Company during her tenure, both as a non-executive director and as Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee. The Company wishes her health, happiness and success in the future.”
Bridget McIntyre MBE said:
