Richard is currently Director of Group Finance at Mitie Plc and previously held senior finance roles at Engie (formerly GDF Suez) and Balfour Beatty Plc. He will join the Company in January 2019.
Mark Raban will, therefore, be stepping down from his position as Chief Financial Officer also in January 2019.
